You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund & Cancellation PolicyCancellation:
• Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through the account management portal or by contacting support.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access remains active until the subscription expires.Refunds:
• We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period.
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues preventing access to the service.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted via email or support form within 7 days of the charge for consideration.Account Access:
• After a subscription ends, the account and access to the managed server environment will be disabled.
• Any personal data associated with the account will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
